Job Overview:

In order to be considered for this position you must hold and active Georgia Real Estate License.

• 100% Commission-Based, Independent Contractor Role with Training and Development

• we will provide you with the training and support you need to succeed in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values
• Create listings and market properties through various channels
• Guide clients through the real estate process and negotiations
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced real estate market
• Must be licensed or currently enrolled in a pre-license course
