CNC Operator Description:

We are a retail signage company experiencing growth and seeking a full-time CNC Operator to join our team. Our success is a direct result of our exceptional people. Essential duties and Requirements include but are not limited to: CNC Machine Operation & Programming

• Proven experience operating and programming CNC machines, including setup and calibration. Machine Setup & Tooling
• Ability to prepare, load, and adjust tools to ensure optimal machine performance. Troubleshooting & Maintenance
• Identify and resolve machine errors, perform test runs, and ensure smooth operations. Precision & Quality Control
• Operate measuring equipment, inspect finished workpieces, and maintain high-quality standards. Technical & Mathematical Skills
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and apply advanced mathematical concepts. Software Proficiency
• Hands-on experience with Enroute, Multicam, and other CNC programming software. Woodworking Knowledge
• Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, and best practices. Detail-Oriented & Fast-Paced
• Ability to focus on accuracy, efficiency, and work independently in a high-speed production environment.

Basic understanding of Computer-aided Design, such as Adobe or CAD Must be physically able to work on feet for complete shift and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
