$50,000/year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Charter Drivers act as customer service representatives for Gray Line Tennessee. Interacting with passengers while ensuring their comfort is a key component of the job. Charter Drivers may also be required to supply information about the area they are visiting. Excellent Customer Service Skills Clear speech and listening skills Ability to apply proper driving procedures Ability to learn transit routes and schedules and adapt to changes; ability to read a map Ability to read, understand, and interpret transit system operating rules, regulations, policies, and routes Ability to assist handicapped passengers when needed Ensuring the safe operation of the motorcoach Ensuring the safety of all passengers RTA Drivers maintain current status of all qualifications for commercial driving according to company, local, state, and federal regulations. Complete all necessary paperwork promptly and accurately according to company, state, and federal agencies. Complete all training and testing as required by the company, state, and federal agencies. Always keep a professional appearance and demeanor while on duty and while in uniform.

Education, Skills, and Abilities:

High school diploma or equivalent required Clean driving record Valid CDL Class A or B with a Passenger endorsement Must be at least 25 years of age Must pass background check and drug test Excellent communication skills Highly Detail oriented Basic math, writing, and problem-solving skills Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced/high-volume work environment Works well in a team environment
