In this role, you'll provide frontline technical support to our clients while assisting in the coordination and execution of IT projects. You'll be one of the first team members in our Tulsa office, playing a critical role in our expansion and growth as we aim to reach over 100 team members in the coming years. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to gain experience in both IT support and project management. Whether tackling technical issues or assisting with project coordination, you're always focused on delivering exceptional results. How You Will Make an Impact You will work on a wide variety of issues across multiple platforms, systems, and environments; provide or research the solution escalating to higher tier where necessary. Assist in managing IT projects, ensuring timely execution, and tracking deliverables. Work closely with senior technicians and project managers to support deployments, migrations, and upgrades. Communicate with clients via phone, email and in person, setting clear expectations and providing technical support and solutions in accordance with best practices, and company defined policies and deadlines. Remotely troubleshoot issues relating to hardware and software (typically Mac OS, Apple, Google for Work, Cisco Meraki, Dropbox etc.) Embody and enhance our culture where every team member is part of building the company, is empowered to make impactful decisions and forge a path for career advancement. Participate in client meetings to gather technical requirements and document project needs. Help track project timelines and update stakeholders on progress. Maintain organized project documentation and contribute to process improvements. This is a full time, salary position for a Level 2 IT Technician who will be responsible for leading and executing multiple projects for our clients.Your skills will include:
Technical documentation writing, knowledge base articles, instructions for internal use. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as this is a client-facing role.Core Technologies:
Microsoft 365 - Exchange, Sharepoint, OneDrive, InTune. Experience Microsoft Azure-based products, including Virtual Desktops. New Network Setups and Upgrades - including Sonicwall, Meraki and Cisco Small Business Switches. Coordinate and/or perform remote fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications. First line help desk; resolve level 1-2 issues in a Mac OS and Windows environments Connectwise Command or similar RMM products. IT Glue experience is preferred but not required. Experience in MDM technology and endpoint management is essential - specifically InTune and JAMF Exceptional interpersonal skills, focusing on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills. Works well under pressure Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.What we offer:
