- where you'll use your MIG welding expertise (0.035 and 0.045 hard wire) to produce high-quality products that make an impact. Join us and play a vital role in ensuring the success of our operations.
What You'll Do:
- As a
- Welder
- , you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and repairing various metal components, ensuring they meet our exact specifications and quality standards.
Your key tasks will include:
+ MIG welding and repairing carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials. + Reading blueprints, weld symbols, and schematics to ensure precision. + Preparing metals and work surfaces for safe and efficient assembly. + Maintaining clean, organized work areas and ensuring proper tool use and equipment care. + Operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and other assistive tools safely. + Inspecting assemblies and using precision measuring tools to confirm proper fit and function. + Collaborating with leadership to continuously improve processes and address production challenges.Required Qualifications:
- + High School Diploma or GED (Technical education a plus). + Must pass an Intelligrated weld test. + 1+ year of experience in industrial assembly (Class 2 level). + Strong mechanical aptitude, including the ability to troubleshoot and use hand tools. + Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and meet physical demands of the job.
Preferred Qualifications:
- + 3+ years of experience in industrial assembly (Class 1 level). + Experience with MIG, TIG, and Flux welding techniques. + Working knowledge of welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
