Unlike most real estate agents, who work all by themselves, Watters International Realty is a team of specialists who each have a specific role to play in the process of buying or selling a home. Ongoing training is provided from your first day to your 100th closing and beyond.Job Description:
The 'one-time close' appointments will create a need for instant knowledge only obtainable through field experience. Our Agents are expected to perform on average two to three appointments per month. The duties of an Agent are varied. Here are some of the top requirements: Must possess personality traits of likeability and persuasiveness, along with enough attention to detail to screen for potential issues and stay on top of follow-up with prospects as well as current and past clients. Must exhibit an attitude of positivity, magnetism and calm under pressure. Must manage time wisely and be on time and prepared for each appointment. Complete one to two weekly check-in calls to keep client satisfaction above 9.5 (Net Promoter Score.) The agent will report to the leadership team in Dallas/Fort Worth •This is a 1099 uncapped commissions position.•Responsibilities Assist clients in buying and selling properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout the process. Conduct market research to determine property values and develop effective marketing strategies. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Maintain strong communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Manage property listings and coordinate showings, open houses, and client meetings.Job Type:
