Allstate Insurance Agency - Bunkley Insurance Group is seeking a senior sales producer with outbound insurance sales experience . We are a growing, pinnacle elite agency looking for a passionate, self-driven, natural-born networker who wants to grow with us. We offer competitive base pay plus commission with truly uncapped earning potential. Compensation $41,600 annual base pay Tiered Commission Structure (Base pay plus commission annualize to $53,341 for 20 monthly items sold, $68,017 for 30 monthly items sold, $100,304 for 40 monthly items sold, and $114,980 for 50 monthly items sold) Bonus Opportunities HRA pretax employer-funded medical insurance premium reimbursement of up to $350 per month. Active Texas Property and Casualty License required. Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy. Handle various client interactions, policy inquiries, and administrative duties concurrently, without compromising the quality of service. Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses. Open to feedback on improving upselling skills. Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication. Responsibilities Meet insurance sales production goals and objectives as established. Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Process customer policy changes or service requests. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Develop new Financial Services opportunities. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring and Return all phone messages promptly. Thoroughly understand and follow all insurance underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Additional responsibilities as assigned.
