We're seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team in Seaside Heights, NJ. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Install new HVAC units, ductwork, and thermostats to optimize system performance. Perform routine maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with existing HVAC units. Replace parts and maintain inventory of replacement components. Adhere to company and industry safety standards at all times. Other related duties as assigned to support team goals.

Requirements Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment. Proficiency in using power and hand tools, thermometers, pressure gauges, and testing devices. Ability to interpret operation and repair manuals. Excellent mechanical aptitude and communication skills for customer interactions.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of vocational/technical school training or apprenticeship. Two years of related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:
