Production Scheduler 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars Jacksonville, FL 32226 SUMMARY Perform all administrative and compliance aspects of our company ranging from office administration to contract review to program adherence•addressing both internal and external requirements.

Director, Quality Systems and Programs Operations, Manager, Engineering and Quality Essential Job Functions:
Execute all administrative aspects of the operation: Office Compliance programs Documentation Execute all administrative aspects of the operation: Perform Contract Review Scheduling•manage scheduling process; function as gatekeeper for change requests; communicate production schedule and status to all involved parties. Ensure compliance with all relevant programs, customers, government, and corporate. Set up, create, manage, and maintain relevant documentation, specs, drawings, NDT procedures, MTRs, CCs, etc. Interface with vendors•placing and expediting orders Interface with ERP provider Manage inventory Work hand-in-hand with all key functions to ensure the entire operation performs as intended: Engineering and Quality Production Operations Corporate administration: pricing, material controls, accounting. Participate in Product innovation Forum, ensuring Compliance perspective is fully represented.
Required Skills/KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCIES:
Comfort in learning and using other applications, such as MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, imaging/documentation, CRM, etc. Interact with others in a professional manner, maintain confidentiality and supports company values. Understands specialty equipment, keeps own knowledge up to date, is a technical resource for others, follows technology practices and standards. General mathematical skills required to support standard business functions and duties described; accounting, purchasing, pricing, etc. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with multiple variables, both abstract and concrete. Must be able to manage and motivate others.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL
High School diploma or equivalent. At least 5 years experience in duties described. Advanced capabilities with standard software products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, accounting software. Five years' experience in fitting and flange production operation with a Level 1 QMS program is a plus.
