King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid schedule available with supervisor approval- 2 days in office required)
Travel Required:
10% (travel to other BII offices for meetings/events, travel to recruitment event locations as needed)

Behavior Interventions was founded in 2006 by two Board Certified Behavior Analysts with a mission to provide quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our families in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Our team is composed of clinical and administrative team members all focused on creating meaningful change in the lives of those we serve. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist BT/RBT, to support our Human Resources team in King of Prussia, PA.
Reporting Relationship:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist BT/RBT reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager for all of the duties and responsibilities listed below and for other duties that the Talent Acquisition Manager may assign. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Recruitment:
Develops and executes recruitment plans and strategies based on best practices Proactively sources and recruits active and passive candidates by using job posting sites, career pages, databases, social media, etc. to build a robust candidate pipeline Evaluates candidate resumes against position requirements Schedules and conducts interviews with candidates virtually through Google Meet platform Performs reference checks Identifies open referrals that meet candidate qualifications and staffing preferences to ensure valid offer of employment Extends offer letters and rejection letters Maintains accurate records of applicant, interview and hiring data using ATS Creates and provides recruiting reports Organizes and attends job fairs, open houses, and other recruiting events Ensures all recruiting and hiring is done according to employment laws and regulations Collaborates with clinical and staffing teams to ensure a positive new hire experience Stays current on recruiting trends and best practices
New Hire Onboarding:
Working with HR team members, develops and implements onboarding procedures Supports new hires through the onboarding process; meets with new hires in person to review paperwork when necessary Processes and maintains employee paperwork in HRIS Audits pre-hire paperwork, provides outreach and support for correcting necessary documents, and escalates concerns relating to pre-hire documentation to the supervisor or Employee Relations Manager Coordinates employee orientations and training Establishes resources for new hires including ID badges, company accounts, etc. Completes onboarding surveys and interviews to assess the employees experience Manages employee exit procedures: Completes exit interviews Ensures accurate and timely completion of all exit procedures Maintains accurate records of employee terminations in HRIS Provides general support to the Human Resources team: Responds timely to employee inquiries or requests for support by connecting them with the appropriate resources (i.e., policies and procedures, other team members) Updates offer letters for internal candidates as applicable (i.e., for promotions, compensation increases, etc.) Maintains current knowledge and supports the dissemination of information on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws Interprets, communicates, and advises on HR policies, procedures, laws, or regulations under the guidance of the HR director and Employee Relations Manager Seeks opportunities to improve overall recruitment and onboarding procedures. Streamlines procedures utilizing software programs established within the company or new programs. Submits or discusses improvement recommendations or proposals to leadership that includes pertinent information to support informed decision making. Provides project support. Performs other assignments as needed. Attends bi-weekly 1:1 supervision, and monthly team meetings in person Attends regular

Google Meet Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, psychology or related field preferred; or high school diploma with 2 years of relevant professional work experience 3-12+ months of human resource administration experience, preferably with recruitment Willingness to travel to company offices, colleges and other career fair event locations throughout New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines Excellent customer service and negotiation skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Experience with sourcing and candidate management preferred Ability to work independently and within teams Conflict resolution and great interpersonal skills Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative Organizational/time management/prioritization skills Proficient technical/computer skills (i.e. Google Suite, external recruitment boards, HRIS software) Experience in or understanding of Behavior Analysis or related field preferred
