Boss Orthodontics is a progressive, technology-driven orthodontic practice where we provide high-end, high-quality care with a focus on efficiency and customer service. We are looking for a motivated, positive individual with orthodontic assisting experience. Minimum Orthodontic Assisting Experience 1 year. Team oriented, high energy, willingness to learn, coachable, professionalism and excellent communication skills are a must! Previous customer service experience, orthodontic and/or dental assisting experience is highly encouraged. High school diploma, registered dental assistant (Texas RDA license), x-ray certification and CPR are required. We believe in the careful selection of team members, with great attitudes, who also embody the positive Boss Orthodontics ethos. Tasks include- chairside assisting for braces (self-ligating) and aligners, placing braces, attachments, rubber bands, giving post op instructions, answering the phones, scheduling new patient appointments, facilitating completion of digital patient documents, taking digital radiographs, new patient experiences, performing orthodontic assistant duties, treatment coordination, infection control and sterilization, office cleaning and communication with patients and families about treatment, utilizing digital work flow with 3D printer for aligners/retainers (lab work)- and being an overall Rockstar! This position is more experienced with responsibilities for inventory, helping to train team members etc. We are a small-knit team and we all work together. We are looking for that perfect fit who is ready to learn and be the ultimate customer-service driven, TEAM member. The position is currently full-time averaging 28-36 hours per week. The salary is negotiable/flexible with Orthodontic Assistant Experience.

Schedule:

Average 4-5 clinic days and .5 to 1 day lab/ admin duties Our office hours are 8:30-5pm M-Th; 8:30 to 2 pm Fridays The position is primarily for our Bee Cave and Westlake (Austin) location. You will need to be ready and willing to work in either location. We have another location in Kyle, and you may be occasionally working there.

Experience:

Orthodontic assisting experience Applicant must already have Texas RDA certificate and CPR training.
