Construction, Housing, Real Estate Description We are currently seeking a Consulting Student Intern to join our team in Houston for summer 2025. During this internship, you will be responsible for working under the direction of a more senior team member to conduct research, organize materials, support project preparation, document project findings, maintain project files, and produce reports. Learn more about being an intern with HOK Texas in this video. Responsibilities Assists with a wide range of service assignments. Assists with qualification packets and proposal preparation. Assembles boilerplate text and graphics; collects information on clients. Uses spreadsheets or databases to document space lists and client area requirements. Organizes project files for archiving. May finish production of consulting deliverables using word processing, spreadsheet, and graphic computer applications. Participates in all long-distance learning (LDL) programs. Required Skills Knowledge and ability to use analytical and problem-solving techniques. Beginning to intermediate computer skills in computer software applications such as Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Graphics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Qualifications Currently enrolled in architecture, real estate, interiors, planning or related program. Previous internship experience preferred.
