  HVAC Journeyman
• Job Description
• Aerotek is currently hiring two Journeyman HVAC Mechanics for a hospital in the Baltimore area. The available shifts are 7:00am-3:30pm and 3:00pm-11:30pm.
• Responsibilities
• + Perform maintenance on commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.

+ Respond to HVAC related calls in the hospital. + Monitor computer system for HVAC equipment. + Follow preventative maintenance schedule to service HVAC equipment. + Service and repair of all HVAC, boilers, chillers, and water towers. + Perform rounds and daily water chemical testing. + Repair or replace compressors, motors, controls, boards, pumps, steam traps, piping, and components. + Troubleshoot digital and analog control circuits and components. + Monitor JCI Metasys BAS for boilers, chillers, water towers, softeners, and HVAC systems. + Service and repair all HVAC, heat pump, and refrigeration equipment.

• Required Skills
• + Journeyman HVAC License required. + High school diploma or GED required. + 3-5 years of commercial HVAC Maintenance and repair required. + Must be willing to submit to post-offer, pre-employment medical compliance.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $34.64 - $37.32/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
