OVERVIEW

TNT Precision LLC is an established manufacturer of machined components in Hudson NH, servicing a range of customers including a strong focus on laser/optics. Our facility offers a clean, modern environment with precise equipment in a temperature controlled environment to provide both employee comfort and machine accuracy. We are currently seeking multiple, self reliant candidates with vertical CNC machining experience to join our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

: Setup and operation of vertical CNC milling machines including Makino, Kitamura, Matsuura, HAAS and Robodrill among others. Work from in depth instructions to manufacture tight tolerance parts made from aluminum, steels, plastics and exotic metals. Make appropriate adjustments and decisions as required to maintain quality standards. Maintain inspection criteria as required using Q.C. generated reports. Keep machinery and area organized. CNC Lathe and/or 5 axis milling experience a plus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

: Knowledge of CNC controls, machining processes and general machine shop practices and procedures Comprehensive GD&T understanding Flexible and able to multitask Proficient using standard shop inspection equipment (micrometer, caliper height gauge) Ability to work from in depth instructions to assure all products are to customer specifications Setup experience required

PARTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
