ZKS has an immediate opening for an Accounting Clerk with law firm experience. This position is based in Orlando and offers excellent opportunities for advancement and growth within the Firm.Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Duties, Skills, and Responsibilities:
Carry out a wide range of accounting functions, including: Billing Generate and distribute prebills monthly and as requested Review and process client prebills accurately and timely in accordance with Firm and client guidelines Process revisions to time/cost entries and adjustments as per attorney instructions Process and submit completed billing via mail, e-mail or electronic billing websites, including submission of supporting documentation Experience utilizing electronic billing websites Collaborate with Firm Administrator, Accounting Supervisor and/or attorneys to address e-billing issues and accounts receivable Bank Reconciliation Perform bank reconciliations for assigned accounts on a timely basis in accordance with Firm procedures and The Florida Bar rules Research and ensure follow-up for transactions as necessary Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports for review and approval by Firm Administrator and CFO Administrative and clerical tasks Data entry Conflict Checks Sorting and filing Photo copying and scanning, as necessary Minimum of 3 years of billing experience within a professional-services setting required.Qualifications:

High School degree (required) At least 3 years' experience in an accounting role, in a professional-services setting (required). Proficient in Microsoft (required)Physical Requirements:
