To continue operating at our high standards, we're seeking an experienced Operations Planner/Scheduler to join our team. This candidate will be a born leader with previous planning/scheduling experience. This candidate must have proven experience overseeing operations, an expert communicator with a strong ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide range of departments. The ideal candidate will be driven by the desire to lead a team toward maximum productivity and efficiency while upholding the company values. Responsibilities Assist in performing acceptability analysis based on current scheduling requirements and availability of resources . Determine resource availability, such as tools, facility capacity, components, or labor hours, coordinating with resource providers on issues which could potentially impact the Master Schedule. Coordinate and establish downtime for maintenance events. Input data into systems as required. Schedule all disassembled parts of a landing gear. Order parts for landing gear parts using Corridor ERP System. Education and/or workExperience Requirements:
High School diploma and 2 years equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree in related field - preferred. At least 2 years' experience in aircraft maintenance environment. Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, Internal customers, Outside customers, management, and contractors. Knowledge of Corridor ERP System a plus Analytical skills necessary to research, review and accommodate scheduling requirements. Planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize and coordinate workload within a multiple project setting with rapidly changing priorities.Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephoneJob Type:
