Lead technical decision-making, ensuring best practices in front-end development and system design. Optimize front-end performance and drive best practices in component-based architecture. Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring new technologies and frameworks for potential adoption. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers in front-end best practices and architectural principles. Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend APIs, optimizing for speed and reliability. Oversee front-end deployment strategies and contribute to DevOps decisions in a serverless environment.
