A Day in theLife Video Base Pay:
$23.60 an hour. The Quality Technician evaluates and monitors work processes on the manufacturing floor to determine strategies and programs that will drive improvement in Quality, Productivity, and Safety. They will assist Plant Technical Engineering in executing evaluations, projects, and continuous improvement activities. Job specific details include, but are not limited to: Follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies and improve quality. Detail oriented with good interpersonal skills. Responsible for routine functions of the department, including preparing and issuing reports. Contributes to projects in delivering materials for the projects and facilitating builds. Ability to establish priorities and meet individual deadlines. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and demands. Punctuality and attendance are extremely important. Dependable job attendance is expected.Shift Information:
8-hr shift - 3rd shift opening; 10 pm to 6 amWork Environment :
Findlay, Ohio Plant The job is within a fast paced, heavy industrial environment and you may be required to work within various areas of the factory. The job is within a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, fumes, and noise. Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing protection, eye protection, and steel-toed shoes.Basic Qualifications:
