This is a senior/lead expert technical role for overall technical solutionarchitect on the JLL ServiceNow platform team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

& RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, implement and drive complex solutions that center on the ServiceNowplatform, addressing various business processes, automation, andenterprise service managementDesign and build API integrations in-to/out-of the ServiceNow platform in asecure and scalable fashion supporting multiple endpoint technologiesLead the development teamLead the development processAuthor and maintain team and project documentationWorks closely with other domains including Applications, Infrastructure,Cloud, Network, Security, and the businessWork with third-party vendorsEnsure applications, processes, and procedures of the team comply with JLLstandardsPlan and orchestrate upgrades annuallyProvide technical leadership and participate in all issue resolution for theServiceNow platformRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities10 years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, and managing allaspects of the ServiceNow platformDeep Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platformOutstanding business and technical communication skillsExpert level experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom appdevelopment. Others a plus.

Deep understanding of ITIL processes - incident, request, change,problem, configuration, asset, and knowledgeStrong experience in developing and managing APIs for the ServiceNow platformServiceNow Certifications are a significant plus.

Estimated total compensation for this position:180,000.00 - 240,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
