Performfirst-piece Inspections to ensure accuracy and quality ? Operate CNClathes to produce metallic components: sizes range from 2-inchdiameter/short length to 20-inch diameter/long length ? Use instrumentsand gauges, along with shop tools to verity operational drawingrequirements and part conformance ? Read and understand basic technicaldrawings to produce parts that meet specifications ? Monitor machineoperations to detect malfunctions or out-of tolerance machining ? Makenecessary adjustments to maintain product quality ? Use indexablecutting tools to ensure proper edge ? Responsible for maintaining lottraceability and accountability ? Measure and document dimensions duringoperations and maintain appropriate machining and operations records ?Willingness and commitment to teach and to help improve skill sets inothers Additional Responsibilities ? Maintain safe operations byadhering to safety procedures and regulations ? Work independentlywith/without minimal direction of senior personnel in functional area ?Follow company process and procedures to comply with ISO and AS9100standards ? Follow company established safety standards ? Other dutiesas assigned Basic Qualifications ? High School Diploma or GED ? 3 - 5years of general CNC work experience Knowledge, Skills, Abilities ?Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to workeffectively as part of a team and independently to achieve goals andobjectives. ? Knowledge of basic machining principles and GD&T ? Stronganalytical skills with the ability to use hand tools, measuringinstruments, and gauges to ensure proper setups and machining operations? Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Hoursfor 1st shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Hours for 2nd shift:

Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12am (midnight) (training on 1st shift for a coupleweeks give or take. Shift does include 10% differential) Rate goes up to\$35/hr depending on experience. Ideally wanting someone with mazakexperience but will look at other CNC machines. Candidates have to be aUS Citizen and be able to pass?a background?check and drug screen (withmarijuana included)
