Duties Perform daily bookkeeping to ensure multiple account balances Reviewing applicable states' property tax bills to ensure borrowers paid special assessments with monitoring existing porftolios to ensure payments remitted on time and, when applicable, assisting with early payoffs Access, review, and reconcile bank accounts where construction escrows are held nsure bank account balances tie to servicing platform balances internal systems and files reflect loan payments received, and any loan payments due to third parties Critically review and process construction loan draw requests and draft wires and ACHs to transfer funds nsure that funding is made appropriately, according to applicable state and federal statutes nvoice for upcoming loan payments Other tasks as needed Skills 3+ years bookkeeping/accounting with commercial real estate, draws, or liens experience preferred Extremely detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Curious with a strong problem-solving attitude (identify issues and also have suggestions for solutions) Research skills Intermediate Excel skills or better Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery accurate and quality work product
