The ideal candidate will possess strong phlebotomy skills, proficient in starting IVs, experienced in triage, and adept at assisting with various medical procedures. If you're passionate about providing high-quality patient care in a specialized healthcare setting, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
Perform phlebotomy procedures with precision and efficiency. Skillfully initiate and monitor intravenous (IV) therapy as required. Conduct triage assessments, prioritize patient needs, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. Assist physicians and other healthcare providers with medical procedures and examinations. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care. Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Current LPN licensure in Oklahoma. Minimum of 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting as an LPN, preferably in a specialty clinic or hospital environment. Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques and demonstrated success in starting IVs preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. #
