Due to the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.The Role:
In this Inspector role, you will perform in-process and final inspection operations on circuit card and module assemblies. You will undergo intense training to become a certified inspector utilizing IPC-A-610 and other criteria to inspect assemblies. You will receive direction on work priorities from your team-lead, daily. You will support and work closely with the Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) operations team while inspecting moderate to complex assemblies to ensure compliance to applicable quality specifications and standards.Who You Are:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills Education Required High School Degree or GED equivalent Experience Required Experience working within cross-functional teams supporting common goals Skills Required Ability to read, understand, and follow process instructions, customer drawings, and other related documents Effective verbal and written communication skills Computer literate and able to navigate production related software Ability to work in a team environment Ability to sit at an inspection workbench and utilize a microscope for the majority of the work day Ability to focus on tasking while paying attention to detail Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Education PreferredIPC-A-610

Experience using a microscope Experience working within ESD and FOD controlled environments Experience using manufacturing computer applications (like TipQA, Solumina, Oracle) to track hardware and capture nonconformances Skills Preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to use various inspection tools such as calipers and depth gauges Ability to work independently while taking direction from leadership to ensure priorities are understood and tasking is accomplishedPay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$46680- $74687 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
