Job Description:
Patera Landscaping is currently seeking a dedicated Bilingual Landscaping Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our landscaping crews operate efficiently, effectively, and in sync with our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:
Crew Coordination:
Oversee daily assignments, ensuring landscaping crews are dispatched to the correct job sites on time.Time Management:
Manage clock-in and clock-out procedures, ensuring accuracy for payroll.Material Tracking:
Monitor and record the materials used on each job, coordinating with suppliers for next-day needs based on crew feedback.Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for crew members, facilitating clear communication in both English and Spanish about job details, materials needed, and attendance.End-of-Day Reporting:
Receive calls from crews at the end of each workday to discuss materials required for the following day and any particular concerns or successes.Inventory Management:
Help maintain inventory levels based on project demands.Problem Solving:
Address any logistical issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to work schedules.Requirements:
Bilingual Proficiency:
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.Experience:
Previous experience in operations coordination, project management, or a similar role within landscaping or related fields preferred.Organizational Skills:
Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with teams of varying backgrounds.Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of inventory or project management software beneficial.Driver's License:
Valid driver's license required for site visits and coordination.Qualifications:
