Program Operations Coordinator 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 6031 NE 92nd Drive, Portland, OR 97220 The role of a Program Operations Coordinator is to provide sales support services specifically for program customers by coordinating customer-owned inventory to service quote requests and process purchase orders and order releases. This position supports the Sales Organization in building customer relationships by establishing Talley as the distributor of choice and maximizing selling opportunities and best practices. The Program Coordinator communicates and works with the sales team to meet quarterly sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Essential Job Duties and Expectations:
Service Incoming using MSO Account Management Manage assigned markets' forecast to ship on schedule Identify material issues Process Quotes, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Releases to deliver by the customer's Need by Date. Maintain updated assigned Warehouse Trackers forecasted sites (Shipped/Picked-up, Printed, Complete, BO ETAs) Coordinate 3rd Party Material with Talley material Sales Order Releases. Manage GC Will Call and shipment email notifications Ensure Purchase Orders match Sales Orders Manage QFEs and invoice issues Manage VAST scanning processes including the inventory schedule Ensure material is received, picked, packed, and prepared for Will Call or shipment Manage the Will Call and Shipment schedule to ensure on-time delivery Ensure all Will Call pick-ups are signed by GCs Handling product returns and exchanges over the counter; working with the Inventory Control Specialist with RGA's ensuring the product that is returned is in re-sellable condition Daily housekeeping of all areas Continued daily help with overall warehouse functions Engages in work with a high sense of urgency, highly organized and detail-oriented.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required:
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with decision making Prelude Order Processing Knowledge Minimum high school education required Bachelor's Degree preferred Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred Wireless Industry experience (at least one year) preferred Product Application experience (at least one year) preferred Intermediate MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and time management skills Talley LLC. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
