Full Job Description Job Summary:
The intent of this job description is to provide a summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed in this job. Incumbents may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description. The Talent Acquisition Partner will oversee full-cycle recruiting for all staff positions, including clinical, administrative, and management roles, while supporting the Medical Management Team in provider recruiting. This role focuses on creating an exceptional candidate experience and providing outstanding service to hiring managers across multiple sites in Southern California. Travel to clinic locations for recruiting efforts and job fairs will be required. Essential Job Duties Full-Cycle Recruiting forAll Staff:
Manage 20-45 open positions per month, including administrative, clinical, and leadership roles. Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process by providing status updates, determining staffing requirements, and following up regularly. Create and manage job requisitions, maintaining job postings on ATS systems, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment sites. Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers and Medical Management as appropriate. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions. Maintain vendor relationships and billing with recruitment platforms and staffing agencies. Produce recruitment reports for Leadership and track progress using systems like Monday.com. Escalate challenges in closing positions to Leadership for resolution. Communicate regularly with hiring managers and HR on position statuses and onboarding timelines. Participate in recruitment-focused meetings and implement strategies to achieve KPIs, such as Days to Fill. Conduct 30-day check-ins with new hires to ensure a smooth transition and address any concerns.Provider Recruitment Assistance:
Partner with the Medical Management Team to source, evaluate, and finalize offers for providers. Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and negotiating provider offer packages. Collaborate with Medical Management on recruitment strategies for providers to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Preboarding and Onboarding:
Track new hires' preboarding and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition. Conduct New Hire Orientations both in-person and virtually for all staff. Ensure accuracy in employee data entry in ADP during the first two weeks of employment. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR on continuous updates to onboarding processes to enhance the new hire experience.Job Description Administration:
Work with managers to create and update job descriptions for new and replacement positions. Maintain and archive job descriptions and titles as needed.Minimum Education Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.Minimum Experience Required:
Minimum three (3) years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on recruiting. Experience in the healthcare industry preferred. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) required. Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now preferred. Basic knowledge of employee benefits preferred. Experience working across multi-site locations.Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required Customer Service:
