In this role, you will: Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical advanced equipment issues and/or failures on multiple assets such as registration control systems, robotic systems, controllers, servo drives, electrical systems, temperature control loops, vision systems etc. Support engineering design, troubleshooting, documentation, project installs and startups. Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs with other departments who may be affected by these activities. Mentor and electrically train Shift Technicians to strengthen their capabilities and build competency. Read and properly interpret industrial electrical prints, drawings, and instructions manuals as well as red line electrical drawings in the field to document issues. Utilize SAP in support of the maintenance functions and be able to enter work notifications to make proper repairs. Attend daily shift change meetings and asset meetings. Provide functional guidance in problem-solving and optimization across the facility equipment and processes to meet objectives. Have advanced understanding of

In one of our manufacturing roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States. Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate. 1+ years of continuous work experience. 5+ years of industrial electronic experience and a qualified electrical certificate, or a 2-year electrical associates degree. Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills. Role model all safety requirements including Electrical Safe Working Practices, Hazard Recognition, and PPE. Must be able to wear required PPE while performing tasks and adhere to all Quality requirements including strict gowning and hygiene requirements. Must be able to lift 40 pounds twice each hour, ascend and descend stairs, ladders, and ramps, and perform movements such as bending, twisting, stooping, and crouching. Maintain all certifications needed (working at heights etc.). Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime. Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening. Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).

Starting Hourly Wage:
