Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Dellen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram 2640 West Main Street, Greenfield, IN 46140 Dellen Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced Service Advisor. Previous CDJR experience is preferred.

Automotive Service Advisor responsibilities include:

Working with our customers to help them with their vehicle maintenance and repair needs Increasing customer satisfaction levels by making sure all of our customers receive the highest quality service Acting as a liaison between our customers and service technicians by monitoring the progress of repairs and offering updates to our customers Increasing profitability by maximizing sales and retail promotions Holding to the Company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations The ideal candidate for Automotive Service Advisor will have : Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment that can be stressful Ability to multi-task Be enthusiastic and energetic about sales and customer service High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Must be willing to submit to a background check and a pre-employment drug screen This Company Describes Its Culture as: People-oriented -- supportive and fairness-focused Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative Typical end time: 6PM Typical start time: 7
