Able to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets as well as filter and clean/scrub data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems. The Analytics Specialist will acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases/data systems. Collaborates with the Director of Operations to prioritize business and information needs as well as locate and define new process improvement opportunities. In this role you will be responsible for: Develops and implements data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Performs a wide varies of duties related to maintaining, creating, and analyzing data to monitor operational processed and support management staff with report requests. Prepares, compiles, and normalizes data for correct interpretation of reporting capabilities. Skilled in Data analysis; proficient in Microsoft Applications including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access. Perform filtering and sorting of data, V-lookup, Pivot Table and other functions, as requested. Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Python, SAS.
Measurement Criteria:
Standard is met when there are no deviations to standards Support the Integration team and may actively participate in the transition of patient entry into the appropriate EMR software, if applicable. Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be discreet and maintain HIPAA and confidentiality in the workplace. Proficient and able to speak, read and write English. Desired Qualifications 1 year experience in an appropriate clerical setting preferred Familiarity with Aprima Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Proficient with SQL, Tableau, Python, SAS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
