We are seeking to hire trusted advisors who have a strong desire sell and to help customers understand the importance of proper coverage and educating the clients on why insurance is so important. As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will be responsible for selling to new and existing customers, developing relationships, explaining Allstate products & services, advising clients on coverages, meeting set production goals and being part of a winning team.   • Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Create & maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
  • Educate potential clients on the importance of insurance
  • how and why it's so important to have proper coverage.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Answer the phone and assist walk in customers.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
  • Assist with ideas for Marketing and Social Media Management for the Agency Requirements
  • Have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Have 2+ years' experience selling P&C Insurance or a proven track record in sales
  • Have knowledge of a commissioned sales role and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies.
  • Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability
  • showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
  • Desire to want to help educate others on insurance
  • how and why it's important to have the proper coverage.
  • Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
