Implementation Specialist Location :

Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship. Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the successful deployment of our solutions, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support. This position requires a strong understanding of quantum engineering principles, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Perform business and technical requirements gathering, use-case discovery, and platform analysis. Be familiar with process flow diagrams and have expertise in developing business cases. Understand and use Work Flow and Business use case diagrams Collaborate with the key leadership team to develop estimates and overall implementation solution plans. Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for project stakeholders. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in leading the project team in issue resolution. Contribute to the general knowledgebase of the team and develop and communicate best practices to facilitate the team's collective professional growth. Perform problem analysis (identify root causes, outline resolution options, and take appropriate actions to resolve problems). Provide training or guidance in the use of proprietary applications. Be familiar with process flow diagrams and have expertise in developing business cases. Strong customer focus and customer management skills In depth experience with Microsoft Products. Some basic experience with MS SQL Experience with Crystal and Rave Report or similar ideal Working knowledge of Practice Management/EMR software or other
