Compensation:
$40,000 - $60,000 on target earningsResponsibilities:
Clearly explain all insurance coverage to clients and keep up with all insurance industry changes, including limitations, regulations, and relevant legislation that may impact available insurance services Maintain a solid book of business for existing clients, and grow new business base through a range of networking and sales tactics, including cold calling and prospecting for potential customers to effectively articulate the company's competitive advantage and new products Collaborate with managers and key stakeholders to determine commercial insurance needs against available insurance products and negotiation terms and conditions based Visit with, follow up, call, and coach existing and prospective clients on commercial insurance policies as part of the company's commitment to high-level personal attention and customer service Develop and present risk management assessments to advise clients on ways to minimize and avoid claimsQualifications:
Experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for commercial lines Deep knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their limits and value propositions Must hold a bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, sales, marketing, or other related fields - high school diploma is required Stellar research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential Proficiency with computers is required, including Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel About Company Trutela Insurance, LLC is an Independent Insurance Agency that works for our customers instead of one company.
