Inspection Coordinator 2.1 2.1 out of 5 stars Urbandale, IA 50322 Inspection Coordinator The Inspection Coordinator is responsible for coordination of Midwest Alarm Services inspections on a daily & monthly basis. This person will also be responsible with scheduling, organizing data & invoicing inspections. Starting pay is between $22 and $24 per hour What you'll be doing: Scheduling & billing inspections during the month due Review previous day inspections in the Sedona schedule Upload reports to the portal Maintain the Inspections email inbox, which includes responding to internal & external customer needs Send reports to techs for upcoming inspections weekly Create & schedule deficiency tickets Process subcontractor invoices Schedule monthly inspections for the following month Convert service inspection billings to recurring Backup the service dispatcher & inventory What you'll need: High School Diploma or GED Experience with computers including MS Word and Excel Must have ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
