Experience operating machinery to spread, smooth and level earth, stone or asphalt on job sites. Operate grading and compacting machinery and adjust machine settings to achieve finished grading per plans and reference depth gauge markers while avoiding low spots and surface defects. Fully prep aggregate and other intermediate surfaces for final paving process. Inspect, clean, maintain equipment. Conduct pre-shift inspections and report to supervisors. Follow all applicable safety regulations. Team player with strong communication skills. Top pay for well qualified candidates
