Quality Lab Technician (2nd shift) HR Alliance Elizabethtown, KY 42701 Position Summary The Quality Technician is a plant staff position who will be an early member of a rapidly growing team as
ANP ENERTECH
is setting up its US manufacturing plant. You will also perform all quality control tests and laboratory activities to meet the needs of Production and achieve customer quality requirements. Responsibilities Conduct and document quality checks and inspections for finished goods produced from the production lines. Be detail-oriented, have good organization skills and work well independently and with others. Review daily lab paperwork and report any deviations. Gather and organize daily production paperwork for review. Complete all sample requests. Ability and willingness to learn and troubleshoot lab equipment/instruments. Work with production to address quality issues. Participate in root cause investigations. Collect and retain samples of daily production and store them for future reference. Document correct and accurate data for all testing done on production runs. Maintain and file all records according to company policy. Other duties as needed & assigned by the Quality Manager. Handle powder materials in a safe and clean manner per standard safety procedures as required. Handle hazardous chemicals in a safe and clean manner per standard safety procedures. Minimum Qualifications Ability to conduct hands-on quality checks. Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point. Good written and oral communication skills. Must have a High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of quality assurance experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment Must be able to speak and read English. Preferred Qualifications Multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using quality measurement tools and software. Shift Flexible hours.
