Petaluma, California & San Rafael, California Position Overview:

Kare Orthodontics is seeking a dedicated and bilingual Orthodontic Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English , providing exceptional support to our orthodontists and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist orthodontists during patient examinations and procedures. Prepare and maintain the treatment area, ensuring all instruments are sterilized and ready for use. Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently. Communicate effectively with patients and their families in both Spanish and English. Support administrative tasks as required, including billing and insurance processing.

Petaluma Office Tuesdays & Wednesdays:

San Rafael Office Thursdays:

Closed Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as an orthodontic assistant preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in an orthodontic or dental setting is a plus.
