In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the overall HR strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of human resources practices, including change management and employee relations. Duties Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding new employees. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with CFRA regulations. Support training development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance. Collaborate with management on organization design and workforce planning strategies. Maintain accurate employee files and ensure data integrity within systems like Paychex. Assist in implementing change management initiatives to support organizational growth. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management. Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred. Proven experience in human resources roles with a strong understanding of HR practices. Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Paychex experience a plus. Knowledge of change management principles and practices. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships across all levels of the organization. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.Job Type:
