We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist - Course Developer to create effective training programs and documentation for our franchisees.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation for franchisee use Design and implement training programs that drive success and improve performance Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training content aligns with operational goals Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as needed for continuous improvement Proven track record in developing and delivering training programs that lead to measurable success

Qualifications:

Experience in training development, course creation, and documentation building Ability to create engaging and actionable content that drives results Strong focus on metrics and performance-driven outcomes Demonstrated success in training and development within a business or franchise environment Local to Salt Lake City or based in the US (Remote options available) This is a metric-driven role with an emphasis on results. Longevity in the role will depend on the success and impact of your work.
