Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Graphic Production Artist to join our Production Design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production, iteration, and timely delivery of final creative assets under the guidance of a Production Design team member. This role supports a high-volume, fast-paced environment and requires a commitment to quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet all production deadlines without compromising on detail or design quality. Execute Production Design and Art Release work across multiple marketing and distribution channels. Receive, organize, and manage creative assets, project files, and final deliverables to ensure accuracy and timely output. Insert retouched imagery into design files as needed for final production. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve file discrepancies or inconsistencies. Create iterations and alternate versions of creative deliverables in accordance with provided direction. Collaborate with Production Design team members to review work-in-progress and integrate feedback. Conduct thorough quality checks throughout the production process to ensure deliverables meet high standards. Package and distribute final design files to both internal teams and external partners. Archive final assets in accordance with established organizational standards. Ensure correct metadata application and asset tagging for efficient file retrieval and documentation.

Qualifications:

0-3 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate or production design environment; prior experience in a similar role is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management abilities. Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to shifting priorities. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required. Experience with design file handling in a production environment is highly desirable. #PSI2
