, California Our client is seeking a Service Helpdesk Manager to join their team. As a Service Helpdesk Manager, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Tier II Helpdesk Team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

starting salary is $87,000 What's the Job? Manage the Service Helpdesk Tier II team, assisting customers and field service technicians with basic MFP functions. Provide manufacturer-based training on hardware and technical MFP training to guide technicians in resolving print and scan tickets. Oversee call center management, including staffing requirements and performance metrics. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for technical and procedural tasks. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity and reduce costs. What's Needed? Prior Call Center Manager experience is required. 5+ years of industry experience or previous management experience. High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is desired. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
