We are looking for you! As an Ordnance Technician III, you will be using your skills and expertise to install, maintain and repair ordnance, ordnance related equipment, and aircraft armament weapons systems. You'll be responsible for employing appropriate safety precautions, security procedures, and record-keeping techniques. The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Its end-to-end Command, Control, Computers, Communications and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities encompass design, integration, test, certification, ground/flight training and complete logistics support. Qualifications You Must Have:
High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 5 or more years of relevant experience A higher level degree may substitute for experience Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education Understanding of and the ability to interpret moderately complex technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications; ability to route wires per technical drawings Thorough understanding of avionics installation tooling, ordnance related equipment and aircraft armament weapons systems Progressive experience with wiring, wiring repair, and wiring installation, ordnance installation, repair and maintenance Experience with soldering and crimping techniques Experience with ejection seats, SUU-20's, MK-81's, BDU's, and rocket pods Flight line experience

SNC Estimated Starting Salary Range:
$25.24 - $34.71. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
