Key Responsibilities Proactively prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, and secure agreements. Conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses to understand client goals. Create customized MLS searches based on client criteria and consult on property selections. Negotiate contracts skillfully, ensuring win-win outcomes. Oversee the transaction process from initial contact to contract close, maintaining exceptional client communication.
