Promote Envoy's Products:
Represent our product offerings to real estate agents, homebuyers, and other referral sources to generate new loan applications.Lead Generation:
Actively engage with realtors, CPAs, financial planners, and past clients to procure loan applications that result in funded loans.Client Education:
Educate borrowers on current loan offerings and programs, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable with their choices.Compliance Management:
Ensure all marketing activities and loan processes are compliant with industry regulations and Envoy's standards.Document and Process Management:
Create and maintain accurate loan files, including entering data from new loan applications into the origination system and reviewing loans in process daily to determine priorities.Audit and Approval:
Perform document audits, resolve exceptions, and approve (or reject) loan packages for funding. Manage Change of Circumstances (CoC) and ensure re-disclosure compliance.Client Communication:
Provide consistent follow-up with internal staff, borrowers, and agents to ensure all loan processing activities are on track.Status Updates:
Keep all parties informed on the status of loans, maintain up-to-date records, and ensure that all loans meet FHA, VA, and conventional guidelines.Information Gathering:
Request and gather relevant information from borrowers to complete loan applications, working closely with processing and underwriting teams.Transaction Monitoring:
Monitor the loan process, communicate effectively with borrowers and other transaction parties, and present complete and accurate files to the Processor.Continuing Education:
Maintain active NMLS license, stay current with required continuing education, new products, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae guidelines, Envoy guidelines, and HUD guidelines.Ethical Conduct:
Conduct all business activities ethically, adhering to Envoy's core values and acting in the best interest of the company and clients.Qualifications Qualifications We're Looking For:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years as a Loan Originator, Loan Officer Assistant (LOA), or Processor; 5+ years is highly preferred.Technical Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with loan origination systems, particularly Encompass, and familiarity with Desktop Underwriter (DU), Desktop Originator (DO), and Loan Prospector (LP).Industry Expertise:
Deep understanding of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loan products, as well as mortgage processes, procedures, and documentation.Skills:
Exceptional follow-up, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and social media savvy with a forward- thinking approach.Licensing:
