Director of Concrete Quality & Testing Location:

Full-Time Direct Hire Purpose:

Manage daily laboratory operations, ensuring quality control testing and mix designs for concrete, and report results related to compressive and flexural strength. Work closely with Project Managers and ownership to ensure alignment with company goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate testing schedules with internal teams. Perform regular concrete testing and record data. Recommend process and equipment improvements. Maintain laboratory equipment and inventory. Ensure lab safety, cleanliness, and organization.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Experience with cement, mortar, or concrete. Knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, and ACI standards. Skilled in concrete testing and analytical equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma (Associate degree or ACI certification preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments, including inclement weather. Overtime may be required.
