• Commercial Building Engineers/Facility Techician
• , below is the job description and duties required for this position.

Shift:

1st- (Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm)

• Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Repairs:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled general repairs, installations, and maintenance to ensure continuous and safe operation of commercial properties. This includes HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and fire suppression. +

• Property Inspections:

• Conduct regular property inspections and report deficiencies or requests for repairs and improvements to the property manager. +

• Grounds Maintenance:

• Support exterior grounds activities such as snow removal, landscaping, and parking lot maintenance. +

• Emergency Response:

• Respond immediately to emergency situations and tenant concerns, including being on-call for after-hours emergencies. +

• Work Order Management:

• Use a Work Order Management system to respond to tenant and manager work requests. +

• General Upkeep:

• Perform tasks like painting, light carpentry, and minor electrical and plumbing repairs.

• Qualifications:

• + Proven experience in maintenance and repairs. + Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. + Ability to handle emergency situations and work on-call as needed. + Excellent problem-solving skills. + Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• EPA Universal and/or CFC certification required High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

• The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $66560.00/yr. good benefits; dental; vision; 401k;
