Responsibilities:

Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options

Qualifications:

Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car Excellent communication and interpersonal skills An established track record of successful real estate sales Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired

VA Real Estate License:
