Full Job Description Position Overview:
Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for connecting with people? Opt Real Estate is seeking an Internal Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in driving business growth by managing inbound inquiries and making outbound calls to prospective clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, is highly organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective buyers, sellers, and leads generated through marketing campaigns. Make outbound calls to potential clients, including follow-ups with warm leads and nurturing existing databases. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients by developing strong rapport and trust. Collaborate closely with agents and leadership to ensure smooth handoffs and excellent client experiences. Track and manage all lead activity in the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, appointments set, and lead conversions.
