Mileage Reimbursement & PTO Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations for 75+ employees across 30+ school districts Serve as the primary contact for client feedback and staff performance Conduct account inspections and ensure compliance with operational standards Manage employee scheduling and direct swing staff for absences Recruit, interview, and hire candidates for open positions Partner with HR for onboarding, training, and disciplinary actions Track attendance, payroll accuracy, and mileage reports

What We're Looking For:
