Job Summary:
With a focus on our Core Values of Compassion, Advocacy, Respect, and Excellence, the Recruiter will build relationships with and recruit individuals to ensure project needs are staffed. Our goal is to staff our clients with outstanding temporary employees in a timely manner. This position is responsible for recruiting employees for various clients. This job will require a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to get things done correctly. Duties will include administrative support duties, recruiting and management of temporary employees, and customer relations for AHEAD Staffing in Appleton, WI.Duties and Responsibilities:
Works with recruiting manager to determine daily and weekly staffing needs. Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments, reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire) and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings within an assigned bank territory. Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates for each specific client partner. Orientates temps for client specific assignments requiring testing, drug screening, etc. Manages all client specific orientation brochures - works with Sales staff to get all required information specific to Client's requirements. EE Data Sheets fill out and fax. Assists in traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as career fairs, on-line job fairs, community network events, etc. Follow up with candidates to ensure updated information on the interview process status. Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals (includes on-site tours and working relationships with shift supervisors and key client contacts). Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. pay, hours, other directions as needed, etc) Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations including Affirmative Action Plan compliance. Manage current candidate activity. FFF's are filled out properly and followed up with on a timely basis. Discussed in daily stand-up outcomes. Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy. When applicable and requested by Lead Recruiter assist with collecting time cards and/or other data that is necessary for payroll processing. Other duties as assigned.Skills needed include:
