FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

): Opening Files Handling Lender Requests Preparing Opening/Closing documents Reviewing and Clearing Title to ensure ready for closing Preparing CD/Closing Statement Turning Packages to the lender for funding Communicating with all parties within the transaction Signing Customers Balancing/Disbursing Files Handle a file from beginning to end with no supervision The following skills are required: Customer Service Oriented Self-starter Work independently and still thrive in a team environment Handle high-volume Effective communicator Provide superior customer service Detail-oriented Follow and comply with industry and company policies and procedures Experience with Qualia is a plus but not required.
